Registrant details
The customer is responsible for ensuring that registrant contact details are accurate, current and authorised for the domain name.
Renewals and expiry
Renewal dates, notices, grace periods, redemption periods and restoration fees vary by extension and registrar. Confirm these terms before relying on an automatic renewal process.
Transfers and changes
Transfers, ownership changes, nameserver updates and contact changes can be subject to locks, verification steps and registry-specific limits.
Customer responsibility
Customers should maintain access to the registered email address and keep independent records of expiry dates, DNS settings and services connected to a domain.
