Can I host a PHP website?

These plans are intended for PHP websites. Confirm the available PHP versions and required extensions against your application before choosing a plan.

Can I use WordPress?

WordPress needs compatible PHP and a MySQL or MariaDB database. Confirm those requirements, available resources and any installer support with the hosting team.

Is a domain name included?

A domain name and hosting are separate services. Confirm whether a domain registration or transfer is included in your final quote; these illustrative plans do not assume one.

How many websites can I host?

The website allowance is listed on each plan. Where an allowance is shown as unlimited, storage limits and acceptable-use terms still apply.

How do I move my existing website?

Back up your files and database, check compatibility, copy your content and test the new installation. Only then update DNS. Confirm whether migration assistance is available.

What should I check about email and backups?

Confirm mailbox quotas, sending limits, backup frequency, retention and restore options. A mailbox count or storage figure alone does not describe the complete service.
