Domain Name Agreement

This Domain Name Agreement (the “Agreement”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and establishes the conditions governing your use of Zonek Telecom Ltd's domain name registration and/or management services.

This Agreement takes effect when you accept the Terms of Service. Zonek Telecom Ltd reserves the right to amend this document without prior notice.

We do not check whether use of the name you select infringes the legal rights of other individuals or legal entities. We strongly urge you to investigate whether use of your desired domain name infringes others' legal rights. You may also wish to search for registered trademarks related to your chosen domain name.

You should understand that if we are sued or threatened with legal action concerning your domain name, we will look to you to defend and indemnify us in accordance with the indemnification provisions below.

Payment for domain name registration is made in advance. All payments are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your domain registration is suspended, cancelled or transferred before the end of its registration period.

You are responsible for ensuring that you pay the domain renewal fee on time. If the renewal fee is not paid, your domain registration will be cancelled. You agree that Zonek Telecom Ltd has no liability for any such cancellation.

You agree to lose all rights to the selected domain name if payments are reversed at the request of the card issuer, the bank from which a transfer was made or in relation to sums paid by SMS; in cases of fraudulent bank transfers, card fraud or telephone credit fraud; for non-payment of sums owed to the telephone operator; or for any disputed or conditional payment.

Zonek Telecom Ltd alone will decide whether to retain the domain name in its portfolio or release it for use by others.

You agree to be bound by the current Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “Dispute Resolution Policy”), which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. Any dispute concerning the right to use a domain name is subject to the Dispute Resolution Policy in force when a third party challenges your registration, if such a challenge occurs.

If a dispute arises with a third party concerning your domain name, you agree to indemnify and hold Zonek Telecom Ltd harmless in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Dispute Resolution Policy.

Zonek Telecom Ltd may amend the Dispute Resolution Policy at any time. Continuing to register and/or use your domain name after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of that amendment. If you do not agree to the changes, you may request deletion of your domain name.

Zonek Telecom Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel your domain name if you use it to send unsolicited commercial messages contrary to applicable law or customary Internet usage policies, or if you use it in connection with illegal activities.

If your domain name is registered on your behalf by someone acting as your agent, such as your Internet service provider or an employee, you agree that you are bound as the contracting party by all terms and conditions stated here, including the Dispute Resolution Policy.

If you authorise a third party to use your domain name, you remain the domain name holder and remain responsible for fulfilling all obligations under this Agreement.

You agree that Zonek Telecom Ltd will not be liable to you or any other person for damage that may arise from: 1. Any loss of domain name registration. 2. Use of the domain name.

NSI policy allows a registrant to change the registrar for an existing domain name. You agree that you may change registrar only in accordance with current ICANN policy or that policy as subsequently amended.

Under that policy, as a domain name registrant you have the right to transfer your domain name to another registrar or registrant and to obtain from your registrar the information necessary to carry out the transfer if you wish to do so.

Requesting domain name registration implies that you are aware of the applicable registration rules.

You agree that the terms of this Agreement are severable. If any term or provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions will not be affected and will remain binding.
