Before exercising this right, download and save all documents concerning orders placed with Zonek Telecom Ltd from your www.zonek.ro account, regardless of whether invoices were issued to you or another individual or legal entity. These include invoices and warranty certificates. If you do not do this before requesting erasure, you will lose those documents and we may be unable to provide them later: deleting the data and the www.zonek.ro account, together with its associated data and documents, is irreversible.
